Call for Experts: Composting Operations Consultancy in Fiji
The Recycle Organics Program is seeking a composting specialist to lead a series of practical trainings in Fiji this November. Applications are open until October 22, 2025.
The selected consultant will provide hands-on training on medium-scale composting operations and organic waste segregation at local markets. Over the course of one week, the consultant will work with personnel from three Town and City Councils to strengthen their technical capacity to operate existing composting facilities effectively and sustainably, while improving organic waste practices at the source.
This consultancy offers a unique opportunity to support local efforts to reduce methane emissions in the waste sector and advance sustainable waste management practices in Small Island Developing States.
